WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOUR HOME ELECTRICS WERE TESTED?

You have your car MOT’d every year because you want to know it’s safe for you and your family.

But what about the place where your family eats, sleeps and spends most of their time — your home?

Electrical faults can develop over time: loose connections, damaged wiring, overheating, ageing consumer units and faulty accessories can all create potential fire or shock risks.

This isn’t about scaring anyone — it’s simply food for thought.

You check your car. You service your boiler.
When was the last time you had your home electrics checked?

Saturday work for Rapid Electrical today, carrying out a mains change at a commercial property to help keep the business running and avoid unnecessary downtime.

While the lads were pulling cables, syringes fell from behind the ducting where they were working. It’s a stark reminder of some of the things tradespeople can come across on the job.

It’s not a nice situation for anyone. We feel for the people who may be struggling, and hope they can get the support they need. Please take care out there.
