I honestly think this is the most sand I’ve ever removed from a single cavity — and we carry out cavity sweeps day in, day out!

You heard that right… 257 KILOS! 🤯

Once we’d removed it all and transferred it into a bag in the van, the smell of damp was unbelievable.

All of that material had been sat inside the cavity, holding moisture against the wall and causing damage to the internal skin of the property.
