After weeks of hard work on site, the project is nearing completion with the remaining structures and machinery now being carefully dismantled and processed by our experienced team.

This morning, we officially launched Fox Worx, a dedicated social impact and workforce development programme.

Held at Farington Lodge Hotel, the launch brought together councillors, MPs, business engagement leads from local colleges and universities, employment advisory leads from HM Prison Service, as well as customers and supply chain partners from across Lancashire and the North West.

Fox Worx is not a new initiative. It brings together work Fox Group has been delivering for many years, including employing serving and former prisoners, supporting at risk young people, investing in apprenticeships, championing women in construction, and embedding social value into the contracts we deliver.

Creating Fox Worx gives us a clearer platform to work with stakeholders and supply chain partners, share best practice, and develop new partnerships and opportunities going forward.

Another big achievement at Fox Group!

We’ve added 8 new 8-wheel tippers to the Tipworx fleet, continuing to strengthen our operational capacity.

These will be based at our High Peak Depot in Derbyshire.

This is also another step in our ongoing commitment to keeping our fleet under 2 years old, helping us maintain efficiency, reliability, and performance across all jobs.

Demolition Project Update: Gypsum Factory, Penrith

Following the successful completion of asbestos surveys on three large burners and the plasterboard drying units, we’ve now moved into the dismantling phase of the full setup.

Projects like this demand precision, expertise, and careful handling due to corrosion and complex machinery, exactly the kind of challenge our demo team is built for!
