Before and after pictures of a veranda completed in Blackford a couple of weeks ago; it’s a timber frame construction, on elevated posts to prevent post rot, with a sarnafil finish on the roof to guarantee a long life span. Its skylights flood the space inside with natural light, and add to the aesthetics of the veranda.

Garage conversion, recently completed in Blackford. A great way to gain extra living space!

This one was a nice simple build: bringing the garage up to current building regulation spec ensured it could be classified as a proper room (good for future re sale); adding a downstairs bathroom and snug resulted in the rooms pictured.

Acting as main contractor, we coordinated all trades, taking all stress away from the client.

Some before and after shots of a large, single story extension, completed in Dunblane last year. The client gained a downstairs bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining area, making a huge difference to the living space of the property.
Acting as the main contractor on this one, we organised and coordinated all trades. A landscaping firm were set to follow behind us to tidy the garden and paths.

Orangery: completed last year, in Blackford.

Some really nice details on this small build: a parapet roof design concealing drainage and allowing for a sleek roofline finish; an ornate cornice and mouldings, to give a period finish in keeping with rest of building; and a roof lantern to help give as much natural light to the space as possible.

Large project completed at the Police Treatment Centre in Auchterarder:

36 bathroom refurbs, including full stripping and fitting of new wet-wall.

Added to this, 100 new UPVC windows were fitted throughout the building.

We worked directly to the client on this one, alongside the other subcontracted trades.

We have a busy summer ahead, but availability from October.
