Current progress on our dormer project! 🔨🏠
We're now moving onto the second fix stage, with everything plasterboarded and ready for the plasterers next week. Externally, the cladding has now started and we're looking forward to seeing the finished result. The rubber roof has also been completed, keeping everything watertight and on track.
Great progress being made, and we're excited to share the next update soon!

New job started this week — flat roof dormer going in at the rear of the property.
Bit of prep work to get us going, with new structural purlins installed and everything ready for next week when we open up the roof.
Now just praying the rain holds off! 🌧️🔨

Lovely few days on the farm fitting a Howdens kitchen , absolutely love the Belfast sink!
Harry even managed a cuddle with a lamb, while I was busy trying (and failing) to catch an escaped calf… 🐑🐄

Excellent progress on our Exeter garage conversion. The site’s looking clean and ready for the next trades. We’ll be back in a couple of weeks for second fixing, looking forward to bringing it all together.

Busy week in Exeter kicking off a new garage conversion—can’t believe how much we’ve achieved already.
Great to see the electricians and plumbers on site, and we’re aiming to have everything boarded next week, ready for the doors and windows to arrive.
We’re seeing more and more customers converting garages and garden rooms into workspaces—it’s a really cost-effective way to create extra usable space.
