Sometimes it’s one small addition that completely changes the space. 🌳✨

We added an a big Nero from .eu to pick up the crown of this tree — an area that was getting completely lost once the sun went down.

One fitting, tied into the existing lighting system, and suddenly the whole border has another layer of depth and height.

Good garden lighting isn’t about lighting everything — it’s about lighting the right things. 👌

first attempt at carving stone — and somehow we ended up with a champagne table.

Sometimes the best features are the ones you never planned. 👌

The old trestles had done their job. They’ve supported countless projects over the years, but it was finally time to build a set that matched the work they’re holding up.

Built from solid Douglas fir with traditional mortise and tenon joinery, these are made to take some serious weight and last for years.

Sometimes the workshop needs an upgrade just as much as the jobs we build.

What piece of workshop equipment could you not live without?

Part 3 | Installation Day.

This is the day all the planning, machining, burning, brushing and oiling finally paid off.

Seeing the frame stand for the first time really put the scale of this build into perspective. Every hour in the workshop was worth it.

There’s still plenty to do, but watching it come together is why we love what we do.

Part 2 of the pergola build. 🔥

This stage is all about the details.

Every joint is cut and refined, every beam is carefully charred using the traditional Japanese burning technique, and every piece is finished before it ever reaches site.

The preparation is what makes the installation look effortless.

Part 3 is where it all comes together… the pergola build begins.
