The addition of some much needed lighting on a pir sensor plus some extra sockets added in for an always appreciated repeat customer, I’m by no means a plasterer but I always make good and leave it ready for a proper plasterer or in this case a decorator who came in shortly after.

A couple of EV Chargepoints installed in fields and respectively.
Both were non standard installs as one was a long cable run from the front of the house to the parking area behind the rear garden, The other involved having to change the consumer unit in a studio to bring it upto date with modern regulations so an EV Chargepoint could be installed and certified.

Security Lights, Cameras and sockets.
Security seems to be more of an issue as time goes by. Whether it’s hooded men walking round late at night looking for potential vehicles to steal or even finding out which upstanding member of the community let their dog leave a mess outside your front door.
Lighting is very important too and can deter people that shouldn’t be there.
