That’s where I come in. 💪

I’m Frank from Concept Claim Solutions Gloucester, and as a loss assessor, I work for you, the policyholder.

My role is to make sure your claim is handled properly, fairly, and that you receive what you’re entitled to. ✅

I deal with the full process from beginning to end. That includes assessing the damage, preparing the scope of works, negotiating with insurers, and overseeing the restoration work until everything is completed properly.

Most importantly, the claim is only signed off once you’re happy with the result. 😃

Most people don’t know what a loss assessor does until they suddenly need one. When you’re dealing with a leak, fire damage, or storm damage to your home, the last thing you want is added stress from an insurance claim.

I’m Frank from Concept Claim Solutions Gloucester, and I help homeowners across Gloucestershire manage property insurance claims and get the support they deserve.

Most people I work with are already feeling stressed and overwhelmed when they contact me. My job is to step in, deal with the process properly, and work on your behalf with the insurer.

For me, it’s about making sure things are done fairly and done right for you as the policyholder.

I cannot recommend Frank highly enough.
Following a serious fire at our property in March 2025, we found ourselves in an extremely difficult position with our insurers. The claim was placed on hold for around six months due to an underinsurance issue relating to the contents, during which time the insurers were also refusing to pay for alternative accommodation.

Frank became involved at a very stressful and frustrating point and was instrumental in getting the claim moving again. With his help, the hold on the policy was removed and the claim brought back on track.
Frank introduced us to an excellent structural engineer who carried out a comprehensive review of the property, including detailed 3D scans. He then managed the preparation of a thorough schedule of works, capturing virtually every element of the house requiring repair or replacement.
He coordinated the pricing process between the insurer’s contractor and two independent contractors, ensuring proper due diligence and giving us confidence that the true extent and cost of the damage had been established. This detailed approach ultimately resulted in us reaching a cash settlement with the insurer.

Throughout the process, Frank was exceptionally diligent. He always responded to calls and messages, attended site visits personally when required, and nothing was ever too much trouble. His experience and independence were invaluable when dealing with the insurer and the numerous parties involved in such a complicated claim.

I am a qualified surveyor and initially believed I could manage the claim myself. However, dealing with the aftermath of a major fire alongside work, family life and children made me realise how valuable it was to have someone independent who could professionally manage the process and keep everything moving.
Given the relatively small cost of Frank’s involvement compared with the overall value and complexity of the claim, if I found myself in a similar situation again, I would call FRANK

Ours was a lengthy and drawn out process which had the potential to be really stressful.Frank took all the stress and strain of the claim for us and methodically ploughed through issues that would have been overwhelming.We were initially reluctant to appoint a loss assessor but are very pleased we did and couldn’t have coped without him,thank you.He was unfailing positive and supportive and we felt he was really on our side.

I was put in touch with Frank through my Lettings Agents and speaking to him was the best decision I made.

After having my claim through my insurer originally rejected Frank took on my claim and managed to get it approved.

Despite my insurer dragging their heels and being generally terrible Frank kept going back to them and arguing my case whilst keeping me updated regularly.
