As we wrap up another busy and rewarding year, we’d like to say a sincere thank you to all our clients, colleagues and contacts for choosing us to support you with your property decisions. From first homes and growing families to long-term homeowners seeking reassurance, it has been a real pleasure to help at every stage of the journey.

This year has been an especially positive one for us, with both our business and team continuing to grow. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and grateful for the trust and recommendations that have helped make that possible. 📸 What can you survey with a Drone?

A drone roof inspection will give you a thorough understanding of the condition of your roof, including areas that are difficult to reach and out of sight.
With the use of the latest drone technology, we are able to provide you with the following information:

Andrew is the founder of this company and has been involved both directly and indirectly with Property for over 20 years. A proud North Northumbrian, Andrew enjoys inspecting property within Northumberland however resides in the Durham office, and can be seen daily inspecting properly from North Yorkshire to the Scottish border. Andrew is also one of the first points of contact should you call the company and should all of our landlines be engaged, your call will divert to his mobile which he is regularly glued to.
