Morning, carrying out a routine service on a Baxi condensing boiler. This one the burner seal had gone leaking dangerous CO into the room. New seal now fitted, also new electrodes and gave the heat exchanger a good clean. Just showing the importance of getting your boiler serviced.
Enjoy your day.

Anyway tanks out, boiler out. New boiler in airing cupboard with vertical flue. Just some tidying up, testing then registering the new boiler.
This boiler comes with 10 year guarantee provided it is serviced annually. Enjoy your hot day.
