New build garden renovation. 🏠

Clean Off White porcelain, edged with Basalt Black porcelain strips, 2 planters either side, Venetian screening & Malaga 40MM Astro. ✅

LED strips still to be fitted in between the edging strips & porcelain tiles which will really bring this garden to life on the evenings. 🌌

A simple, stylish & modern garden, perfect for low maintenance, summer parties & a place to sit back and relax, next to get the outdoor furniture in place. 👍

Shenstone project. 🏡

Lovely renovation to be apart of, helping redesign this space to become more practical & low maintenance for this young family. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

We raised the levels & installed sleepers to retain the ground whilst incorporating a play area & planting area, finished off with a beautiful new lawn. 🪵

Really clean 900 x 600 coral porcelain, accompanied by an anthracite block edge border, full ACO system & Recess manhole cover. 🪸

Single run pathways either side, edged with 20mm shingle for drainage, a perfect gravel to tie this tile into the house brick & block edge. ✅

🍽️ Outdoor dining area recently completed at this stunning Barn conversion. 🏡

Beautiful 600x600 Venetian porcelain, wrapped in 900x600 anthracite porcelain. 🤩

Full ACO channel drain system installed & tiles cut in to the mm, for the perfect seamless finish. ✅

Dudley project completed. ☑️

Three sizes, one finish. ⬜️

600x600 on the steps, 900x600 across the main patio and 1200x600 down the return.

Using the different sizes helped break the job up nicely, tying the porcelain into the white render while letting the original brickwork add a bit of contrast.

The Leamington Spa renovation. 🤩

From tired and dreary to a fresh new garden retreat. 🌿✨ This space was completely transformed into a bright, practical outdoor area that’s ready to be enjoyed for years to come. A full ACO drainage system was installed to manage surface water properly and ensure the new paving performs as good as it looks.

The main patio was finished using stunning 900x600 Coral Porcelain, framed with a multi-size brindle block edge border to add definition and a more traditional contrast. Under the chill-out canopy we switched things up with 600x600 Venetian tiles, creating a separate feel and helping break up the larger paved areas.

To finish the transformation, we laid fresh Rolawn turf, bringing some much-needed greenery back into the garden and tying the whole project together. A complete renovation that’s turned a worn-out, dated space into a clean, inviting garden retreat. 👌🌱

Falls are key when laying porcelain.💧

Porcelain is virtually non-porous, so water won’t soak through the paving. A correctly installed fall directs surface water away from the property and prevents standing water, helping the patio drain properly all year round. ✅

Atherstone Project. 🍂

Over the moon with this Garden, tying some classy traditional colours together using Brindle blocks as a border, Brown sawn sleepers for beds & beige/brown porcelain tiles, perfect to suit any season the UK throws at us. 🪴

This new build garden had a huge fall from the top right corner to the house, so by stepping the sleepers down we managed to create a nice flow without it looking too steep & unusable. 🪵

In the left corner we’ve laid a base for outdoor furniture or a shed, the bottom area has a generous step out on the right hand side for outdoor kitchen & dining.🍴

Grouted with Flowpoint, full ACO system installed with correct falls, treated sleepers, full concrete beds, primed blocks & tiles, this garden has been built to last. 💪

Warton Project.🌪️

Simple, effective & low maintenance. ✅

Serenity anthracite porcelain, framed with a silver grey tumbled block edge border, ACO drainage & new Rolawn turf. 🌱

A battle against the British weather on this project, from nearly 30 degrees some days to torrential rain the next, but over the moon with the outcome. 🌦️

Next stop, furniture, lighting & some more garden play equipment for this young family. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒
