Big transformation underway in Cofton Hackett! 🔨🏡

Before the new kitchen can go in, there’s been plenty happening behind the scenes — brickwork completed for the new French doors, steels installed, a complete rewire and damp course work. 👷‍♂️⚡🧱

Next up, we’re getting everything plastered and ready for the full kitchen refurbishment — new kitchen, new worktops, new flooring and a complete redec. 🙌✨

🏡 Another home transformation taking shape in Kings Norton!

From new flooring and skirting to a completely replastered staircase, fresh decoration and bespoke panelling, we've been giving this property a much-needed refresh. 🔨
The bathroom has undergone a particularly big transformation, having remained largely untouched for around 30 years! 🚿 We've removed the old bath and installed a new shower, alongside new flooring, walls, panelling and extraction, creating a modern, practical space that's much easier for the homeowners to access.

We're now working through the finishing touches, including some bespoke features that bring extra character and texture to the property.
Not quite finished yet, but it's all coming together nicely! 👏

Ragley Hall — complete! 🏡✨

This one has been a proper transformation. The property hadn’t been renovated for around 30–40 years, so we’ve taken it right back and given it the full Ward McLeod treatment. 🔨

From a complete replaster to new skirting and door frames, a brand-new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring throughout the ground floor and all those finishing touches that bring everything together. 👌

A huge amount of work has gone into this project, and it’s great to finally hand over a completely refreshed home ready for its next chapter. 🙌

🍽️ A different part of our Elm Road project this week as attention turns to the kitchen.

We’re installing a top-spec ex-showroom kitchen, carefully adapting it to work perfectly within a completely different space. The base units are now level and in position, the extraction canopy is fitted, and we’re getting everything prepared for the oven to drop in.

Next up, the worktops can be laser measured ready for fabrication and fitting. 👌

Reusing a quality kitchen like this takes a little more thought and adjustment than starting from scratch, but it’s a great way of creating a high-end finish and making the most of something that still has plenty of life in it. 🔨🏡

Plenty more to come from Elm Road as this project continues to take shape.

🚿 Three bathrooms taking shape at our Elm Road project — and there are some seriously nice finishes going into this one.

Across the family, children’s and master bathrooms, we’ve been working through the tiling, underfloor heating, wall panelling and shower installations, with wall-hung toilets, floating vanities and flush-mounted taps and sinks all forming part of the finished design. 👌

There are still a few key details to complete — plastering, final plumbing adjustments, doors, silicone and the finishing touches — but you can really start to see how these spaces are going to come together.

The master bathroom in particular is going to look stunning once everything is fitted and finished. 🔥🛁

After eight days of plastering, the walls are looking fantastic and the project is moving into its next exciting phase. Over the last few days, Martin has been hard at work installing the new kitchen carcasses, while the downstairs is being transformed with premium LVT flooring laid over a professionally self-levelled subfloor for a flawless finish.
