After eight days of plastering, the walls are looking fantastic and the project is moving into its next exciting phase. Over the last few days, Martin has been hard at work installing the new kitchen carcasses, while the downstairs is being transformed with premium LVT flooring laid over a professionally self-levelled subfloor for a flawless finish.

Things are moving quickly in West Heath! 🚧✨

This refurbishment has come on massively since our last update. The second fix is now underway, electrics have been completed with a brand-new consumer unit, the floors have been prepared and self-levelled, and the new kitchen is now being installed. 👷‍♂️⚡🍽️

We’re still waiting on the new windows and doors, but as soon as they arrive they’ll be fitted before we complete the final finishing touches. It’s always exciting to see a project evolve from a stripped-out shell into a beautiful new living space. 🙌

We’re aiming to have everything completed by the middle of next week, and we can’t wait to show you the finished transformation! 🏡✨

🏡✨ Sometimes the smallest projects involve the biggest transformations.

This kitchen refurbishment in West Heath has been taken right back to brick, allowing us to completely modernise the space from the ground up. 🔨

With new electrical circuits, spotlights, ceilings, plastering, a new uPVC window and door, an upgraded consumer unit, and bespoke pantry shelving, every element is being renewed to create a practical and stylish space for the homeowners.

It's a lot of work packed into one room, but the results will be worth it. 👌
