🎉 Not a bad reward for simply turning up and doing your job! 🎉

A few months ago, CG Reynolds Ltd signed up to Hooped https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61590605994053 #, a digital workforce management and site-tracking app used across the construction industry for inductions, compliance, and site check-ins.

Earlier this month, one of our operatives, Janis Kalvans, was randomly selected from a list of the app's top users and won a brand-new Hilti Impact Driver with Battery! 🔧⚡

All Janis had to do was use the system properly by signing in and out of site each day. It's great to see good habits being recognised and rewarded.

Congratulations Janis! 👏

🎉 Celebrating Success at CGR Trade Academy! 🎉

Yesterday, we took a break from the day-to-day to celebrate a huge milestone for our first group of Academy students who have successfully completed their NVQs and Diplomas in Drylining 👏

After enjoying a few nibbles together, the team were presented with their well-earned certificates with Kieran Boxwell and Stephen Upton – a fantastic moment to recognise the hard work, commitment and determination they have shown throughout their training journey.

A special mention also goes to Joe Hensey, whose dedication to training and developing these learners has played a key role in helping them build the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to become valuable assets on site 🙌

The celebration wasn't just about certificates – it was also a great opportunity to gather feedback, reflect on what has gone well, and discuss how we can continue improving the experience for future Academy students.

We're incredibly proud of everything this group has achieved and excited to see them take the next steps in their careers.

👏 Congratulations to:

⭐ Josh Cartwright
⭐ Beau Heywood
⭐ Callum Kent
⭐ Garnet Stewart
⭐ Liam Yates

Your hard work has paid off – now onto the next stage of your learning journey! 🚀
