Not every drainage job involves blocked drains.
Recently, we were called to a local golf course where poor irrigation water quality was starting to affect the condition of the turf.
After inspecting the site, we traced the issue back to the irrigation pond. Years of silt, sludge and organic debris had built up, reducing water quality and affecting the irrigation system.
Our team carried out a full pond clean, including:
• Safely draining the pond
• Removing the built-up silt and sludge
• Cleaning the pond ready for refilling
• Restoring a cleaner, more reliable water supply
The work was completed safely and with minimal disruption, leaving the pond ready to support the irrigation system once again.
We've put together a short carousel showing how the project was completed from start to finish.
If you're responsible for managing ponds, lagoons or other water assets, it's worth remembering that problems often build up gradually over time. Addressing them early can help avoid much bigger issues later on.
