Finalist Spotlight | Louchavan Lemard

Some role models lead through achievement. Others lead by using what they have achieved to create opportunities for those coming behind them. Louchavan Lemard does both.
We are proud to announce Louchavan Lemard EngTech FCIPHE RP as a finalist for Role Model of the Year at the UK Building The Future Awards 2026.

Louchavan is a Master Plumber and Co-Founder & Director of PH247, a London-based plumbing, heating and mechanical services company. A National Plumber Award winner, he also serves as Co-Chair of the City & Guilds Employer Industry Board for Building Services Engineering and as a Trustee of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering.
Beyond his professional achievements, Louchavan is committed to opening doors for others.

Drawing on his own journey through significant adversity, he supports disadvantaged young adults through mentorship, pastoral care, work experience and pathways into employment and apprenticeships.
His work demonstrates what being a role model truly means: raising standards in your profession while creating opportunities for others to rise with you.
