This investment has delivered significant growth, with the company securing a number of major contracts and turnover estimated at £64m for 2016/17. During the last 18 months, we have invested over £175,000 in ‘education and training’ to ensure they have the necessary skills required to provide our customers with the first-class service they demand. Likewise, the ‘health and safety’ of our staff, the public and our clients is very important. To ensure our operations are as safe as can be, our systems and processes have been benchmarked against SSIP: Worksafe Contractor certification. This has resulted in our track-record remaining consistently below the industry average. In 2016, our Accident Frequency Rate (AFR) was 0.45.
