After a new apprentice bricklayer preferably young that is willing and wanting to learn one of the best skills in the game
It’s a hard first few years but once you learn the trowel and understand the game and have the right mentally I.e happy to work take pride in work go the extra mile if it means doing a better job than the next man wear rge prestige on my badge with pride when leave the job
Start wage is £70 a day before if you have some experience in the game or been college learning bricklaying etc
Start wage of never worked in brickwork before
£50 a day also need to enroll u you in a college for one day a week To learn the learn the theory side etc how to set out price work convert measurements so on
