From struggling to find work to starting a career in construction.
When Ryan joined our Bootcamp, he wasn't sure what to expect. Finding work had been difficult, and he was looking for an opportunity to gain new skills and move forward.
Over the course of the programme, Ryan trained alongside other learners, developing the practical skills, confidence and safety awareness needed to work on site. With support from experienced trainers and clear guidance every step of the way, he quickly got to grips with operating plant machinery safely and effectively.
The support didn't stop when the training ended. Ryan continued to receive help after achieving his qualification, giving him the confidence to take the next step into employment.
Today, Ryan is working on site and enjoying every day in his new role. He's already looking ahead to achieving his Blue Card, gaining additional tickets and continuing to build a long-term career in the construction industry.

Eligibility:
✓ Buckinghamshire or Surrey residents only (excluding Milton Keynes)
✓ Must have lived in England for the last 3 years
✓ Aged 19+
✓ Right to work and study in the UK
✓ Valid CITB or NOCN Health, Safety & Environment test completed within the last 24 months
