Full Garden Project Complete 🌿✨

Another full garden transformation officially complete! 🙌

This one was a real journey. We had a holiday break in the middle of the project, along with some seriously challenging temperatures to work through, so it took us a little longer than originally planned.

But the wait was worth it… and we’re absolutely delighted with how this one has turned out! 👌

From start to finish, the garden has been completely transformed into a space that’s practical, low-maintenance, modern and ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

Why do we always prime the back of our paving? 👇

This photo shows exactly why it’s so important.

Priming creates a strong bond between the paving slab and the mortar bed, helping to prevent movement, rocking slabs, and future failures. Without it, the mortar can struggle to adhere to the smooth underside of many paving slabs, especially porcelain.

At JDL Landscapes, we don’t cut corners. Every slab is primed before it’s laid, following best practice and British Standards, ensuring your patio is built to last for years to come.

Here’s our latest patio project complete for a lovely couple on the Roman’s Quarter. Sahara Grey Limestone and Silver Pink Granite gravel. The next project is a larch deck, so keep an eye out for updates on that one.
