🍂🍁 LEAVES: 1 — SKIMMER BASKET: FULL! 🍁🍂

We popped round to one of our lovely clients’ pools recently and discovered a skimmer basket that was practically hosting its own autumn leaf festival! 😂🍃

We know it’s that time of year when the leaves are falling faster than we can say “pool maintenance”… but here’s your friendly reminder! 👇

🧺 Please remember to empty your skimmer basket regularly, even if you have a maintenance contract.

When it’s packed full of leaves, your pool’s filtration system can’t do its job properly. Think of it like trying to hoover your house with a vacuum cleaner bag stuffed to the brim! 🧹😅

✅ Check your skimmer basket regularly
✅ Empty out those pesky leaves
✅ Keep the water circulating and your pool looking its best

🍂 A little basket emptying now can save you a lot of hassle later!

Let’s keep the leaves on the ground (or in the compost bin), not taking over your swimming pool! 🏊‍♂️😂

☀️💦 October sunshine & a pool that’s still looking beautiful! 💦☀️

Who says pool season has to end when summer does? 😍

We’ve been looking after and maintaining this stunning pool throughout the summer, and now we’re into October, we can’t believe just how beautiful it’s still looking! ✨ The crystal-clear water, sparkling in the autumn sunshine, really does speak for itself.

Regular pool maintenance makes all the difference in keeping your pool looking its best, and we’re proud to help our clients enjoy their pool for as long as possible. 💙

A little reminder that with the right care and attention, your pool can continue to look incredible long after summer has passed! 🍂🏊‍♂️

🌟 An incredible experience with NIVEKO Pools! 🌟

We’re proud to be a UK supplier of NIVEKO’s bespoke, one-piece swimming pools — a brand that combines exceptional quality, innovation and outstanding craftsmanship. 💙🏊‍♂️

Recently, our bosses, Dave and Luke Jones, had the fantastic opportunity to visit NIVEKO’s head office in the Czech Republic for two days of learning, discovery and inspiration.

They came away hugely impressed, having been treated like royalty from the moment they arrived! 👑 The visit gave them a valuable insight into the craftsmanship, design options and possibilities behind these stunning pools, allowing us to better advise our clients and help them choose the perfect pool to suit their individual requirements.

A huge thank you to the NIVEKO team for their warm welcome, hospitality and for sharing their knowledge and passion with us. We’re excited to bring everything we’ve learnt into our catalogue and help more customers discover what makes NIVEKO pools so special! 🙌

Pool Preparation & New Chemicals

💦 Pool season may be winding down, but we’re still hard at work! 💦
We’re doing everything we can to keep all of our pools sparkling clean throughout October, getting them ready to close for the winter in November. 🍂

For the pools that are no longer in use, we’re now switching off the heating. These will be the first pools we winterise, as the chemicals we use work most effectively in cold water. This helps us keep everything balanced and, most importantly, avoids opening up green ponds when April rolls around! 🐸💚

And talking of chemicals… 👀

Watch this space for our NEW customised chemicals! 🧪✨

We’re super excited about these and can’t wait to share more with you very soon. Keep your eyes peeled! 👀

Jackson, one of our swimming pool valeters, has sent me his Top 10 pools of the year! 🏊‍♂️✨

He sees a lot of pools, so we’re curious… what do you think of his choices?

Which one would make your top spot? 👀👇

We’ve sped up this video to show you just how efficient our safety covers are! ⚡️
A big shout-out to Paramount Pools for supplying this one — we absolutely love the colour, and most importantly, so does our client! 💙

A great combination of safety, style and efficiency. 🙌

Another hard-working day on site and this project is really starting to take shape! 💪🔨
The floor is now fully screeded and ready for tiling — smooth, solid and one step closer to the finish line. 🧱✨

It won’t be much longer before this place is full of water instead of tools, dust and builders… and waiting patiently for its very first swimmer! 🏊‍♂️💦

From screed to swim — we’re getting there! 😎

What better way to celebrate turning 40 than throwing a party… with your pool as the star of the show?! 🥳💦🍾

We built this liner pool last year for a friend of one of our team, and we’ve been lucky enough to see just how much it’s become part of family life.

From summer holidays with the kids and their school friends, to cooling off during the heatwave, and now a 40th birthday bash — this pool has certainly been earning its keep! 😎☀️

Because let’s be honest… if you’ve got a pool, you might as well show it off! 😉

Here’s to plenty more poolside memories! 🥂🏊‍♀️
