About the Role

J&S Toilet Hire is looking for a reliable and hardworking 3.5T Service Truck Driver to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing portable toilets and welfare units across construction sites and events while delivering excellent customer service.

Towing experience is essential, as the role involves transporting equipment and trailers safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

Drive and operate a 3.5T service vehicle safely and responsibly.

Service, clean and maintain portable toilets and welfare units.

Deliver and collect equipment from customer sites.

Complete daily vehicle and equipment checks.

Ensure all paperwork and service records are completed accurately.

Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle at all times.

Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.

Follow all health and safety procedures.

Assist with additional duties as required.

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence.

Towing experience (essential).

Ability to work independently and manage your workload.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Hardworking and reliable attitude.

Professional appearance and manner.

Clean and tidy approach to work and vehicle maintenance.

Good communication skills.

Another great event completed in 2026! 🎉

This weekend we were proud to support the Holi celebrations, delivering 33 single units, 2 disabled access toilets, and 4 hand wash stations, all maintained with an onsite attendant covering the live event hours to ensure everything stayed clean, stocked, and running smoothly.

It’s always great working with returning customers, and we’re grateful for the continued trust in our services. Happy clients and successful events are what we aim for every time.

Kent County Showground Emergency Response

Due to a major fault with the water board, a large part of Kent was left without water supply, leaving Kent County Showground unable to operate with running water.
The only company able to step in and make this event possible was J&S Toilet Hire.

📍 Deployment details:
• 38 single portable units
• 2 disabled access units

The order came through at 12:00.
Our helpful office team processed the booking immediately, with all paperwork completed and payment made by 12:30.
All units were delivered and fully operational onsite by 4:30.

The client was extremely happy with:
