Another extension taking shape! 🏠🔨

Here’s one we’ve been keeping a little quiet… but plenty of progress has been happening behind the scenes! 👀

The brickwork and roof are now complete, and we’ve also carried out the internal knock-through to create the new doorway connecting the extension to the existing house.

We’ve incorporated a couple of lovely details into the brickwork on this one too. It’s those little finishing touches that really make a difference! 👌🧱

With the main structure complete, we’re now ready to get cracking with the internal works and start bringing the new space to life.

Plenty more to come on this project, so keep an eye out for the next update!

Another big step forward on our Chelmsford double garage conversion! 🏠🔨

Things are really starting to come together on this one!

The media wall is now built, all the plastering is complete and we’re getting closer to seeing the finished transformation. 👌

Next up is fitting out the new utility room this week, before moving on to the finishing touches.

It’s amazing how much extra living space you can create from an existing garage, and we can’t wait to show you the finished result! 👀

Proud to be giving something back to the local community! ⚽️💙

Another new project underway! 🏠🔨

We’ve just started work on this double garage conversion in Chelmsford, transforming an underused garage into valuable new living space for the homeowners.

Alongside this one, we’ve got plenty happening across our other projects, with extensions, renovations and some exciting transformations getting closer to completion. 👀

Year one of complete today! ✅

It’s crazy looking back at where Velir was 12 months ago compared to where we are today.

This first year has been all about building the foundations — getting a better understanding of the numbers, improving our systems and processes, working on the marketing and learning how to actually run and grow a business rather than just work in one.

Now it’s onto year two, and the focus shifts to scaling, creating new income streams, growing the team and taking the business to the next level. 📈

Still plenty of work to do, but I’m excited to see where the next 12 months takes us.

Year one built the foundations. Now it’s time to build on them. 🔨🚀

Been a little quiet on here lately… but definitely not quiet behind the scenes! 👷‍♂️

We’ve had a busy few weeks at Velir, with new projects getting underway and plenty of progress happening across Essex.

This one is a loft dormer extension, creating a brand-new bedroom and making much better use of the existing space. 🏠

We’ve also got another extension underway that I’ll be sharing soon, plus the finished results from our Southend and Billericay projects still to show you. 👀

Plenty of content to come — I promise I won’t disappear for as long this time! 😂

One more major milestone completed on our Billericay project, and what a difference it makes.

With the flooring now laid throughout the ground floor, the entire space has really come to life. From an empty shell to a bright, modern family home, it’s always rewarding to see the vision becoming reality.

We’re now into the final finishing touches before handing this beautiful extension over to our clients, and we can’t wait to show you the finished result.

🏡 Billericay Project Update 🏡

We’re now entering the final stages of this extension and renovation project, and it’s great to see everything coming together.

✅ Kitchen fitted
✅ Worktops installed
✅ Appliances in
✅ Second-fix electrics completed
✅ Utility room fit-out underway
✅ Downstairs WC taking shape

Next week we’ll be starting the flooring, which will make a huge difference and bring us another step closer to the finished result.

The transformation from where we started to where we are now has been incredible, and we can’t wait to share the completed project with you all soon.
