⭐️⭐️Here’s a recently completed refurbishment roof which we undertook for a valued customer in Berkhamsted. The old failing felt roof and plywood boarding were completely removed and replaced by us with new OSB3 boarding and new Siltec UK Waterproofing Solutions Single Ply membrane complete with a 20yr warranty. Many thanks to the builder for the work and to all our team of Daryll, Ross, Phil and Ashden on this one for their relentless efforts in achieving such a high standard of workmanship⭐️⭐️

💪💪We’ve been back to the town centre of our hometown of Letchworth Garden City again this week. Reviving an expired Asphalt roof with a new Siltec Single Ply membrane overlay. This one completed by myself and Ross (with a few star cafe trips nestled in between work). Nice to be local. 💪💪

⭐️⭐️Lead Replacement⭐️⭐️ This old failing lead roof was in desperate need of some attention. Once stripped and removed by the builder, our ops fully renewed the roof with insulation and a Siltec RP mechanically fixed Membrane system. Sikaplan SG membrane. Mechanically fastened system overlay of an existing expired roof. ☀️ ☀️1.5 days into this one. What a lovely job. All the lads happy. Sun is shining, music is on. Rolls to lay and bills to pay. Summer Roofing….. Loading…… you can’t beat it. ☀️☀️

Is it raining?? ☔️ AGAIN!! Oh well, no manual work during this until later this afternoon when it clears up 🙏. No time wasted though. Out this morning meeting people and taking a first look at new work pencilled in for my original home town. lt feels great to be giving something back to the town in which I grew.
