We’re getting close to completion now, and the final stages are really coming together.

The second floor is now fully decorated, with carpets fitted and the bathroom finished. The first floor decoration is complete, the shower room is nearly finished, floors have been latexed, and carpets are due to be fitted next Wednesday.

All electrics are now complete across all floors, while decoration continues on the ground floor and the kitchen area windows have now been fitted.

Outside, the top deck of scaffolding has been removed and the cladding has started, giving the building a fresh new look as we move closer to completion.

Great progress continues on site as the flats move closer to completion.

The top two flats are really taking shape, with flooring complete, kitchens fitted, doors installed and decoration ongoing. Doors and ironmongery are now complete on the top two floors and nearly finished on the ground floor.

On the ground floor, the kitchen and flooring are also now in, with bathrooms fitted throughout and flooring complete. Second fix electrics will also be going into the top floor this week, marking another key step forward.

Project Progress Update

Great progress continues on site as we move closer to completion.

The top floor flat is now in the finishing stages, with joinery and flooring complete and decoration ready for its final top coat. The first floor kitchen is being installed today, with the ground floor kitchen due in by the end of the week.

All plumbing works are also set to be completed this week, and by the end of the week the top floor flat should be fully complete.

Great progress has been made on site over the latest phase of works, with several key stages now moving forward.

Plastering to the stairwells is being completed today, decorating is moving at a great pace across the building, and the team are now starting on fitting the skirtings, doors and architraves.

The kitchens are also being delivered today, second fix plumbing is underway, and the roof is now completed ... a big milestone for the project.

Everything is really starting to come together now, and you can clearly see the final finish taking shape.

Great progress continues on site, with the final window now fitted and plastering around 90% complete, just the bathroom and stairwell left to finish.

Decorating is now underway across all levels, and externally the battening is nearly complete ready for the cladding to begin.

Next week, the second fix for the bathrooms and kitchens gets underway, bringing the project another step closer to completion.

Great progress continues on site

The top floor and first floor windowhave now been fitted and the area is fully skimmed,

On the ground floor, plasterboarding is now underway, and all leadwork has been completed on the roof.

Decorating also starts this week, with painting beginning on the top floor — another big step forward as the flats continue to take shape.

This week, we’ve continued to make strong progress across the project, with each floor moving forward well.

Skimming on the top floor is now complete, giving the space a much more finished feel and showing the flats really starting to take shape.

The first floor is now ready for skimming, and work is also continuing on the ground floor, where plasterboarding is currently underway.

It’s great to see each stage moving forward and the internal finish coming together across all levels.

The top floor is now fully prepared, with skimming due to start this week. Plasterboarding is also ongoing on the second floor, ready for skimming to follow once the boarding is complete.

On the ground floor, insulation is being finished off, keeping the project moving forward across all levels.

Another strong week of progress as the building continues to take shape.

Project Update

Great progress has been made on site this week, and the layout of the three flats is now really starting to take shape.

First fix electrics are complete on the first and second floors, and plumbing is underway on the second floor. Stud work is now finished, door linings are being fitted, the external cladding has been removed, and the dropped ceilings are complete.

Next week, attention turns to the ground floor electrics, plumbing will continue, and insulation will begin in preparation for plasterboarding.

Things are moving on really well and we’re looking forward to sharing the next stage soon.
