Complete rip up and break out of existing slabs steps and drains , removal of existing earth all brought to one level and open plan new sleeper borders with cotswold stone to finish on top 600x600 buff rivens , replacement of few broken slabs down side of property with existing slabs to tie in , sleepers added down side of wall with dec stone for plant pots . New recess manholes and aco drains installed . Steps dry fitted in pic as weather caught up to me in the end
