Before and after of this hall, stairs and landing - what a difference a fresh coat of paint makes.

Walls finished in Farrow and Ball Cornforth White mixed into Johnstones Covaplus Matt emulsion, woodwork done in Scuff-X Super White Satin and Scuff-X Black Satin for that smart two-tone look.

Even had to replace a spindle - the dog had already left its mark on that one after chewing it 👍

Ceiling painted in white emulsion, walls in Johnstones Blue Willow Covaplus, and all woodwork done in Scuff-X for a hard-wearing finish.

The Laura Ashley statement paper on the feature wall pulls it all together - the combination works brilliantly and adds real character to the space without overwhelming it ✔️

Stairs and landing transformation!

Ripped up the old carpet and gave all the woodwork 2 coats of Scuff-X Super White Satin for a tough, long-lasting finish.

Even sorted a new toilet roll holder and towel rail in the downstairs loo while I was there.

Another example of not having to replace! 👌🏼

These oak worktops were looking tired but there was plenty of life left in them. Sanded them back to reveal the natural wood grain, then protected with 2 coats of Osmo Polyx Clear Matt Oil.

They're looking good and will last for years to come 👍

Complete refresh of these outbuilding doors this week - couldn't have asked for better conditions.

Full prep, Zinsser primer, 2 coats of AllCoat for long-lasting protection, and all the ironwork done in Hammerite.

Ready to withstand whatever the British weather throws at them 👍
