We were in Redditch all day today carrying out full services on Domestic and commercial properties

🚨 Another example of why local expertise matters. 🚨

This customer called us last night in complete despair.

They had been paying for boiler breakdown cover with a large national insurance company for years, believing they would be protected when they needed help most.

Unfortunately, when their boiler started locking out with an F2 fault code and they lost hot water, the insurance company’s engineer attended, failed to investigate the root cause, and simply advised that a power flush was required — a repair that wasn’t covered under their policy.

Fast forward less than 24 hours… 👇

✅ Our engineers attended site
✅ Carried out a full diagnosis
✅ Stripped down the boiler
✅ Removed and inspected the plate heat exchanger
✅ Cleaned the exchanger using specialist Remedy cleaning chemicals

Another busy week here at Shelter-Adams Ltd despite the sunshine & Bank Holiday weekend ☀️🔥

People often think things go quiet for us in the summer months… but honestly, they never really have 😅

Last week alone we:
▪️ Installed a new central heating boiler every single day
▪️ Worked on a refurbishment building project
▪️ Serviced both gas & oil boilers
▪️ Carried out first fix heating & bathrooms for another refurbishment
▪️ Covered plumbing maintenance & breakdown call outs all weekend

At the moment, one of us is working pretty much every single day to keep up with demand and continue looking after our busy & loyal customers 👏
