What a fantastic 2 weeks we've had in , creating a fantastic area perfect for entertaining for a lovely couple.
We removed a large, well rotted decking area first, along with charcoal block edging around the lawn.
Next we extended the small, shallow pond to 3 metres square and a depth of almost 1 metre, levelled the ground in front and paved the whole area with sunset buff natural Indian stone, blended in to the existing pathways, and used carerra blocks to edge the lawn, giving a whole new look to the entire garden.
We finished by pressure washing all the old paving and regrouting with mushroom colour eazygrout.
I thoroughly enjoyed this project from start to finish, having a hand in the design and creating as natural as possible pond with new plants and golden flint gravel.
We also donated 6 new fish to the project to bring new life into the newly landscaped garden.
We can't wait to go back for a look in 6 months to see how the pond matures and develops.
