Bit more than just a kitchen renovation on this one!

The customer originally called us out after a major leak, but once the carpet was lifted we uncovered extensive damage underneath. We ended up removing most of the existing floor, cutting out rotten joists, and rebuilding the subfloor using new thicker treated timbers to make sure everything was solid and built to last.

Once the structural work was completed, we installed a new LVT floor and finished the space with this stunning Howdens kitchen transformation 🔥

These are the jobs where experience really matters — not just making things look good at the end, but making sure everything underneath is done properly too.
Safe to say the customer was over the moon and has already booked us in for more work 🙌

Full transformation on this one

Complete kitchen rip out to start with, then laid Karndean LVT herringbone flooring right through the hall, kitchen, dining room, downstairs bathroom and utility – ties the whole space together perfectly.

We then installed a stunning Howdens kitchen and new skirting throughout to give it that clean, sharp finish.

Customer has opted for quartz worktops, they’ll be going in next to finish it off.

I love working on projects like these!

We’ve just finished installing this beautiful herringbone flooring – a great choice by the customer, and it’s really lifted the whole space.

This week we installed herringbone oak affect laminate flooring - to achieve the best possible finish, we removed the existing skirting boards carefully before installation and then re-fitted afterwards. This allows the flooring to sit neatly underneath, creating a seamless edge finish without the need for beading.

It’s a small detail that makes a big difference to the final result.
