So after a wet room had failed we stripped it out to find a local installer had butchered the joist completely compromising the integrity of the floor and hadnt tanked the walls or floor resulting in a failed wet room. We stripped it out, added strength to the floor joists and fully tanked the floor and walls providing a water tight barrier. Reboarded the ceiling and skimmed. We then tiled the floor and walls fitting an aqualisa digital quartz pumped shower with back lite led anti fog mirror. Thanks to vivo electrical Alistair Stone for the new ceiling fan and lights. Ideal hp290 installed with 180 ltr unvented. Complete new carcass and new radiators. FRV valves reducing the need for a volumiser. Open loop with homely app giving the customer the most efficient optimisation and meaning I can remotely monitor the performance and tweek any settings. Primary pro and all pipes lagged internally. Customer very happy with increased water pressure and saving them around 350 a year on their current energy costs. The system worked out 2500 pounds cheaper than a new gas system thanks to the bus grant meaning their house will be heated 24/7 and over 400% more efficient. Because We do gas oil heat pumps and air con we can advise the most efficient cost effective system not just the only one we install like alot of companies. 7 year parts and labour warranty. Start of another air source heat pump install just outside beverley. Ideal HPR290 with 180 litre single zone homely controls, FRV valves to all radiators meaning no buffer or volumiser required meaning a more efficient less cycling open loop heat pump! 💪
