After being called out to this problematic boiler several times in the past year, each time a different issue, no hot water, no heating or a combination of both , the landlord and letting agent agreed to install a new vaillant ecofit pure 825 combi boiler with system filter so the tenants can have no problems with heating and hot water demand, boiler was also supplied with scale inhibitor and a chemical flush of the radiators to provide maximum efficiency and lower energy bills in the future plus a 10 year manufacturer warranty for peace of mind

Very old gas hot water circulator showing signs of leaking carbon monoxide, we made the appliance safe and a new immersion heater fitted to provide hot water until a new combi boiler will be installed next week.

The customer had noticed a leak which we found was coming from an old cylinder , after discussing options the customer decided to go go with a new Bosch 8000 36kw combi, allowing the hot water cylinder to be removed , creating more storage space and cheaper energy bills.

Installation also came with a system filter, Hive smart thermostat, chemical flush and 12 year manufacturer warranty.

New mira platinum digital shower fitted in kings langley
We fitted this for our customer after the previous occupants took their shower with them during the move and the client wanted something better than a standard bath/shower mixer.
A great piece of kit that increased the pressure and flow rates and allows the user to control their shower by phone and lets you have preset temperatures and flow rates for different members or your household.

Please sign this petition and help tradespeople like myself keep our tools safe from thief's, personally I've had my power tools stolen twice now and it's not even worth claiming through insurance as it will only increase the premiums even with the damage it causes to our vehicles, it's got so bad now that some people have been robbed multiple times and has unfortunately resulted in one person actually taking their own lives as now due to being robbed so many times that they had so much debt that they couldn't afford to make the payments, thank you for your support

We think car boot sales and markets are a major reason for tool theft from vans. Many tradespeople have their van broken into and have their tools stolen, which can deprive them of their livelihood. Replacing tools is not cheap, and we want the Government to take action to tackle tool theft.
