Happy Sunday all. Unfortunately the day has come... an avenue I've tried to avoid my whole career but for the second summer in a row a customer of a larger Landscaping job has cancelled weeks before the start date.
I've always trusted my customers and never ask for any money/deposit before we start or to even book the job in, but due to being a sole trader when a larger job comes in, I don't continue to book other jobs in and subby them out .... I tell the customers when I'm roughly available from. Im happy staying the size of business I am and being able to offer the personal touch of being on site everyday myself, but with these testing times for everyone atm I feel I'm being forced to say on larger jobs moving forward I will only be booking customers in once a deposit has been agreed and paid.

Thanks for everyone's continued support and anyone needing any Landscaping or hedge work over the next few months I may now have availability.
