New Project Underway !

We’re excited to announce the start of another project for D Clutton Building & Joinery at Tyddyn Isaf Caravan Park, Dulas.

This project involves creating a new, solid and durable base for the luxury caravans recently purchased by the owners,

🔨 New concrete base and foundations
🧱 Retaining wall construction to deal with the changes in ground levels
🧱 Face brickwork to give the finished structure a quality, traditional appearance
🚶 New access walkways around the caravan
🏡 Slabbed balcony area, creating a practical and attractive outdoor space
📐 Careful setting out and construction to ensure everything is level, secure and built to last.
The site presents some challenging levels, but that’s exactly where our experience comes in. From the groundwork and retaining structures through to the finishing brickwork and paving, we’re delivering a complete package from start to finish.

🏠 NEW EMPTY HOMES RENOVATION PROJECT – TREGARTH 🔨

We’ve just started work on another exciting renovation project in Tregarth, Gwynedd.

This property is being brought back into use with support from the Empty Homes Grant Scheme, transforming an empty property into a modern, comfortable home.

🔨 D Clutton Building are carrying out the complete renovation, including all building works and services, taking the project from the initial works right through to completion.

The project will involve a full transformation of the property, and we’ll be sharing progress as the work develops.

We’re proud to be involved in a project that not only gives an existing property a new lease of life, but also helps bring an empty home back into use within the local community.

🔨 Another transformation underway!

Taking this tired, dated space right back to the basics and giving it a complete makeover. From lifting the old flooring, changing the floor joists and injecting DPC into the walls, through to exposing the timber structure, preparation, boarding and plastering — every stage is about getting the foundations right before the finishing touches begin.

It’s amazing what a difference the right preparation and a bit of hard work can make. 👌

We take pride in doing things properly, from the first strip-out to the final finish.
