We pride ourselves on trying to be as neat and tidy as possible ✨

We appreciate we are in your beloved home and try to treat it as we would our own.

Inevitably, mess gets made as it’s unavoidable on occasion. (You have to break some eggs to make an omelette 🍳)

But we try our hardest using our equipment, and PPE to reduce mess and always have a big tidy up after 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Wahooo I did it! I passed my end point assessment and managed to bag myself a Distinction! 😎🤘🏻🙌🏻

Lucky for me I have had the best mentor 🥰

Also the best tutors and support I have ever known! I 10/10 recommend Smart Energy Training to anyone looking to train in the industry or up skill themselves.

I’m happy with the result as it’s a reflection of their teaching, support and patience. ☺️

I have also added some feedback recently. One from a customer and one from a lovely lady who contacted to make an enquiry and we couldn’t actually help!

We care a lot about our work and this feed back means the world to us.

Yesterday Rich got out our handy bit of kit to do a power flush. 💦

The manufacturer of the boiler advised the customer they need a power flush so they contacted us (thank you 🥰)

You can clearly see the amount of contaminant in their system which would have caused problems for their boiler over time and can also affect warranty.

We carry out a water quality test as part of our services as standard for no additional charge so can give you a heads up if your system needs a sparkly once over 🫶🏻

Look how clear the water is after 👀 Another satisfying job done 👍🏻

Some pics me completing the first annual boiler service of our first boiler install as Pingle Plumbing and Heating. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Can’t believe 1 whole year has passed!

While there we noticed a slight leak on an existing TRV so we changed and topped up the system with corrosion inhibitor.

Annual boiler services are required to maintain the manufacturers guarantee and prolong the boilers longevity.

Don’t forget about your poor boiler just because the suns out!! (Although I appreciate being able to have our heating turned off) ☀️

A recent repair from Rich 🙌🏻

The customer had noticed leaking water from their boiler and used a well placed saucepan to collect the drips 💦

Rich diagnosed a crack on the return manifold.

Old one out, new one in, issue resolved 😃

He even sent this lovely selfie to confirm he had finished to the customer 🤣

Is it me, or does that dirty thumb have a smiley face on it?
