Let’s meet Harvey! Our newest addition to the team! 💪🏽💜

I first became interested in Sports Therapy through my own experiences with injury whilst playing for the Leicester Tigers DPP and North Derbyshire Cricket.

Going through rehabilitation myself, alongside developing a strong interest in training and the gym environment, gave me a real passion for understanding the body, injury recovery, and performance.

Since then, that passion has only grown, and I now enjoy helping people reduce pain, move better, and ultimately get back to living their lives with confidence through hands-on treatment and progressive rehabilitation.

Hey guys I’m Jodi! 👋🏼

A little bit about me…

I love all things heath and fitness. I’ve seen most sides, I’ve been in the trenches with it, and I’ve felt on top of the world with it. All my experiences have allowed me to gain knowledge to pass on to others, to help people on all sides of their fitness journeys, as it’s never linear!

I love weight training and Hyrox style training, basically anything that overexerts me and makes me wonder where I’m getting my next breath from🤣.

I’m super excited to delve into a new journey
