​Complete Strip-Out: Removed all tired, failing felt and rotten sarking/dagging boards right back to the rafters.

​New Structural Timber: Installed brand-new, treated dagging boards across the entire deck for a solid foundation.

​Premium Waterproofing: Laid a high-performance, heavy-duty 2-layer torch-on felt system built to handle harsh weather and stand the test of time.

​Finishing Touches: Replaced old timber fascias and capped them with clean, low-maintenance PVC fascia boards for a sharp, modern finish that never needs painting.
