We have submitted plans to turn the upper floors of 18-19 Donegall Square East into a luxury Townhouse Hotel. The design develops the interior themes used in the renovation of Margot and Rudi on the lower floors. We hope the renovation should be complete in time to celebrate the buildings 200 year anniversary.

Plans have been submitted for a new boutique hotel located in a well-known building in the centre of Belfast.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the work of the practice last year either as clients or collaborators...here's to 2026!
