Novo Remedial Solutions recently completed a concrete repair and protective stair-coating.

The existing concrete steps were in poor condition, with damaged and deteriorated nosings throughout. Each step required careful breakout, reinstatement and re-forming before the protective coating system could be applied.

The completed system provides a durable, hard-wearing and safer finish, helping to extend the service life of the concrete stairs while improving their overall appearance.

🏗️ Project completion.

We're thrilled with the successful installation of a new concrete wall to this kids' playground! This addition not only enhances the safety and durability of the play area bit will also actas a seating area for kids at play time.

A finished bespoke project for a residential customer with balcony water ingresses issues.

➡️For this project we removed the old tiles and screed, defective water proofing membrane and acco channels in balcony.

➡️Once completed we introduced new drainage outlets applying a quick setting screed and installed new Triflex waterproofing system.

A recent concrete repair project completed by the team . ✅

⚒The remit and defects included spalling and defective concrete beams.⚒

➡️The team broke out and removed the defective concrete.

➡️ Steel reinforcement treatment completed prior to reinstatement of high build concrete repair mortar.

➡️On completion of repair a fairing coat applied over all concrete services and finally an Elastomeric paint coating.

💥366 balconies refurbished with mma waterproof Coatings applied to the decks and approximately 5,500 anodes installed 💥

➡️Cathodic protection is a method to reduce corrosion by minimizing the difference in potential between anode and cathode.

➡️CRT - Concrete reinforcement Technologies applies cathodic protection system on concrete (balconies, car parks, bridges and all concrete surface which has to be protected by cathodic protection.

➡️After repairing the concrete a protective coating was applied to all the exposed concrete surfaces to enhance the durability and for aesthetic reasons as well.

➡️These coatings protect against further carbonation of the concrete and chloride ingress, thus slowing down the corrosion process.
