🌿 WE’RE HIRING – FULL-TIME GARDEN MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE

Novell Property & Gardens Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our garden-maintenance team.

The role includes:

• Grass cutting and strimming
• Hedge cutting and pruning
• Weeding and general garden tidying
• Seasonal garden maintenance
• Loading, unloading and removing garden waste
• Looking after machinery and equipment

Applicants should:

• Have previous professional garden-maintenance experience
• Be confident using mowers, strimmers and hedge cutters
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Be reliable, punctual and presentable
• Take pride in producing high-quality work
• Hold a full UK driving licence

This is a full-time position, with work based throughout Belfast, Bangor and the surrounding areas. An immediate start is available for the right person.

Novell Property & Gardens Ltd is looking for a reliable and experienced person to take on garden maintenance work.

Duties will include:

✅ Lawn mowing and strimming
✅ Hedge cutting and shrub trimming
✅ Weeding and general garden tidy-ups
✅ Clearing and removing garden waste
✅ Leaving every property clean and tidy

Applicants must have:

🚐 Their own suitable van
🪪 A full driving licence
🛠️ Experience using garden maintenance equipment

It’s always good to come back and continue a garden we’ve already transformed. 🌿🏡

We originally started this garden redesign by installing a French drain, creating the new lawn and forming the decorative stone area.

This time, we returned to tackle the next stage — the old patio.

The existing paving was lifted, the sub-base underneath was checked and made good where required, and the area was then completely repaved with new block paving and a contrasting charcoal border.

Rather than changing everything at once, this garden has been improved in stages — and seeing all the different elements now coming together makes a huge difference to the overall space.

Another transformation completed by Novell Property & Gardens Ltd 🌿🪨

We’ve taken this exposed natural rock face and turned it into a real feature of the garden rather than something to hide.

The area was carefully cleared and tidied while keeping the natural, rugged character of the rock, finished with decorative stone below and feature lighting to bring the whole rock face to life after dark. 💡

The lighting completely changes the garden at night — highlighting all the natural shapes, colours and textures in the stone. 👌

Sometimes the best features are already there — they just need brought back to life.

🌿 Another hedge brought back under control! ✂️

This mature conifer hedge was reduced by approximately 2½ feet, reshaped on both sides and left looking neat, tidy and much easier to maintain.

A well-maintained hedge doesn’t just improve the appearance of your home – it also helps keep it healthy and manageable for years to come.
