🚿🚿New Shower doors & panelling 🚿🚿

Called to this job last friday to replace the shower doors for a customer as they were getting grubby and leaking through seals in the glass and other areas.

When removing the profiles from the wall, a hairline crack was spotted on one of the tiles - it turned out that the original installer had broken a screw off while securing the profile to the wall and instead of removing the broken screw, they added another screw, which is how I believe the tile cracked.

The customer decided instead of replacing the broken tile, that it was better to remove all tiles back to the plasterboard wall.

CT1 bw1 tanking system was used to create a seamless waterproof rubber membrane to stop any leaks if they ever occur, from getting through to the plasterboard or floors.

Grant Westfield Dust Grey metro tile 2.4m x 598mm panels used on the walls to give a fresh sleek new look, along with chrome end caps and chrome internal corner

Some new upgrades today in Antrim. This customer had got in touch about replacing their aging Electric Shower, Toilet, Basin & Pedestal.

All supplied by the customer via Beggs and Partners antrim branch.

🌞🔥 Combi boiler upgrade 🔥🌞

New Navien UK NCB500 30kw combi boiler installed today. The old Ariston boiler just wasnt cutting it, the customer was having to run baths and basins less than half to make sure the water stayed warm.

This new navien is capable of delivering 12.3 litres per minute @ a 35⁰ rise or up to 17.2 l/min @ 25⁰ rise. What this means is, if the incoming water temperature was coming in at 15⁰ this boiler could provide 50⁰ water easily at any tap when running at 12.3 l/min or 40⁰ at 17.2 l/min

Every hot tap in this household now has toasty hot water with the hot tap open full.

10 year warranty with this boiler accompanied with EPH Controls cp4 controls - my trusted and favourite brand of wireless controls.

🌞🌞🌞Full Heating Installation 🌞🌞🌞

2 day full heating system upgrade in 26⁰ heat both days 🥵🥵

This customer already had a gas combi boiler in the loft but wanted something new and more accessible for them - no more having to climb ladders into the loft- New Vaillant UK EcoFit Pure 830 installed in the hotpress.

The old heating system was mostly fed using 8mm piepwork to all the radiators, that's all been ripped out and new pipework installed throughout the house. 4 existing radiators were kept due to being in concrete floors and tiled floors which the customer didnt want to disturb - thankfully these were all fed in 15mm pipework so they were reconnected into the new system and flushed to ensure everything is clean and working perfectly 👌🏽

6 new radiators installed in the other rooms, along with new radiator valves.
EPH Controls Cp4 installed with the new boiler to give the customers more control from any room in the house.

10 year warranty on this boiler and 5 on the wireless controls
