Full-Time Grounds Maintenance Worker Wanted 🌿
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and practical person to join our team carrying out grounds maintenance, repairs and general upkeep across commercial and residential properties.
The role will involve keeping grass areas, grounds and properties looking clean, tidy and well maintained.
💷 Salary: £35,00.00 PA
🌳 Main duties include:
• Hedge cutting and trimming
• Grass cutting and strimming
• Pruning and cutting back shrubs
• Clearing leaves, branches and general waste
• Keeping communal and external areas clean and presentable
• General operative on construction projects
👷 The ideal person:
• Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather
• Takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail
• Is physically fit and happy with a hands-on job
• Has a can-do attitude and is willing to turn their hand to different jobs
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, building or general maintenance is preferred
• Full UK driving licence required
