🟢 We're Hiring | Landscape Site Agent

W.L. Straughan & Son Ltd is seeking an experienced Landscape Site Agent to oversee the delivery of our landscaping and grounds maintenance projects across the North East.

Working closely with our Landscape Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for carrying out site inspections, monitoring quality and progress, supporting operational teams, identifying additional works, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

What we're looking for:
• Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
• Experience supervising or coordinating operational teams
• Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable qualifications and experience:
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• LANTRA, NPTC or horticultural qualifications
• Experience working on local authority or commercial landscaping contracts

Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 (42.5 hours per week)

Benefits include:
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Use of company vehicle
• Company pension

W.L Straughan & Son Ltd is looking to recruit a Landscape Co-ordinator to join our growing team.

This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day delivery of our landscaping and grounds maintenance projects. You'll be coordinating work programmes, liaising with clients and suppliers, organising materials, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 (40 hours per week)

Benefits include:
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Company pension
• Use of a company vehicle where required

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, has strong IT and communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in landscaping, construction or coordinating field-based teams would be an advantage.
