Gratitude post for today.
I was never a fan of putting a service reminder or any form of advertising sticker on a customer’s gas appliance. I always thought it was a bit inappropriate. Why would you do that? It just makes it look ugly. Some people may pay attention to it, but why would you bother?
Now, what happened to me is a small thing, although it definitely means something. It’s about the feeling you get when you open a boiler cupboard and see your leaflet stuck to the side of it.
It wasn’t me who stuck it there. It was the customer himself. A leaflet from an advertising campaign that I planned myself.
It’s a small thing, but it brings a certain satisfaction, I tell you that. ☺️ Something must have been done right. 😁
