Exciting news for the M&J Group!

We’re delighted to announce our appointment to the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) Framework, achieving 1st place on both Lot 1 – PPM & New Installs and Lot 2 – Reactive Maintenance!

NEUPC is one of the UK’s higher education purchasing consortia, supporting universities and other public sector organisations through collaborative procurement and framework agreements.

Our appointment provides an opportunity to support higher education institutions with reliable, high-quality planned preventative maintenance, new installations and reactive maintenance services.

This achievement is a fantastic reflection of the hard work and dedication of our team. We’re proud to join the NEUPC supplier community and look forward to building new relationships and delivering value across the sector.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this possible!

PROJECT UPDATE

Another milestone at Charing Cross Hospital.

With the full Sika roofing system now complete, the crane was in place this weekend with the next phase underway, lifting new steelwork to roof level, ready for the hospital's new plant installation.

The wider project will provide a new UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and IPS (Isolated Power Supply) to the hospital's operating theatres, supporting the resilience and continuity of these critical services.

Working at height in a live healthcare environment demands careful planning, tight logistics and close coordination with the hospital, all delivered in conjunction with CBRE.

The next crane visit is planned for the end of September, when the UPS and IPS systems will be lifted into place, watch this space for the update.
