When you request a quotation, there is often much more behind it than simply sending a price.
At T&L we take the time to visit your property, understand what you’re looking for, discuss the work involved, and carefully put together a detailed quotation tailored to your needs.
That takes time, effort, and dedication — often behind the scenes, long after the working day has finished.
We completely understand that circumstances change, and sometimes a quotation may no longer be needed. That’s absolutely fine. But we would really appreciate a quick message to let us know, even if it’s simply:
"Thank you for your time, but we’ve decided not to go ahead."
