Important Update for 2026 – Property Surveys

To streamline our service and keep costs fair for all customers, Cyclops CCTV Installation will no longer carry out on-site property surveys.

The new process is as follows:

📸 Please send either:
• A clear front view of the property including the roof, or
• A walk-around video of the property

📱 Send via WhatsApp to 07932 722430

Please also include:
• Where you would like the CCTV box/NVR to be located (e.g. loft or front room)
• The location of your internet router

Once we receive this information, we will assess the installation requirements and provide you with a full quotation.

🚫 We are no longer able to send an engineer to carry out pre-installation surveys.
