You may have followed us from this job, today we visited the Clapham site to check in with the project, we allow the client space and time to come back to us with any amendments they may want or need.

We’re really happy with how this turned out and our client is ecstatic with the finished result, we’re so happy we helped bring our clients vision to life.

This will now become a multi use space from gym to office area, the clients are active runners and also wanted a space where they can use to shower after exercise to avoid interrupting the children or an option to turn into a living space when family visits.

We were asked to visit this property in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, after the owners decided it was time to give the space a whole new purpose.

Previously used as a vehicle graphics, signage and design workshop, the business had come to an end due to retirement - leaving behind a huge space with so much potential.

They’ve decided to turn the area into extended living, and to kickstart the project, we’ve been brought in to build a brand new bathroom.

This is such a fantastic space with so many possibilities.

If a garage conversion has been a conversation in your household lately… this might be your sign ✨

We recently popped back to Milton Keynes to visit a previous client and finally see the finished result of their garage conversion and honestly… we’re obsessed.

What was once unused space is now a multifunctional office and garden room complete with a kitchen area, living space and dedicated office set up for Paul’s wife to work from home.

One of our favourite features has to be the bifolding doors. As Paul said, they’ve completely opened up the garden and made the space feel usable all year round, whatever the weather.

Huge credit to Paul’s wife on the interior too because this one came together beautifully.
