'Why are young women using walking sticks?' an article featured in The Times and The Sunday Times by Kathleen Stock who is apparently a journalist, however if this is anything to go by I don't think she is very good at her job.

Here is my response on the article as an ambulatory mobility aid user due to endometriosis and fibromyalgia.

It was never just a normal period, pain shouldn't be considered the norm but rather ensuring those of us stay physically and mentally healthy during our cycles.

In my episode on the podcast, I talk about my experiences with my period in the lead up to my diagnosis with endometriosis. I also talk about feeling different and disgusting in comparison to my peers and it reiterates the point I often make about if we improved menstrual health education in schools we would improve the chances of a young girl seeking help earlier.

Healthy > normal!

I was incredibly fortunate to be given the opportunity to be one of the guest writers in this year's Fine Art publication for the 2025 graduates.

I visited the Gradfest exhibition yesterday and was blown away by the wonderful art and it's diversity. It is an honour to be able to share the pages with so much talent as well as tutors who taught me and helped my talent to blossom.
