Watson’s are delighted with the progress being made on our development for Orbit Homes, located just off the A146 to the south of Harleston.
In just two months, the team has successfully completed:
🏗️️ 46 traditional and piled foundations
🔩️ 800m of adoptable foul drainage
💧️ 700m of adoptable surface water drainage
🏢 A 3,800m² client compound
👷Two 4,000m³ attenuation basins, excavated, graded and topsoiled
By the end of this month, we’ll also have:
🚧 3,000m² of adoptable carriageway completed to base and binder level
All works have been delivered safely while working beneath overhead restrictions and alongside a public right of way, reflecting the professionalism and commitment of everyone involved on site.
It’s been a fantastic start to the project and we’re proud of what the team has achieved so far. We look forward to seeing the development continue to progress over the coming months.
