Two EPDM rubber cold roof systems we have recently done. One with soffit vent at the front and vented into the loft at the back and one with a vent channel we built and leaded and facia vents at the front.

Converted this leaky polycarbonate kitchen roof into an EPDM rubber warm roof ready for Xmas dinner 🍽️

Turned this ugly 10o pitch, non insulated, leaky roof into a 15.5opitch warm, dry and beautiful roof :) with a counter leaver extension and decorative reclaim oak post support 👌🏼

Let there be light........ Fitted these windows to a previously dark lounge. The black out blinds now give the option of darkness.
